This narrow-gauge railway with a gauge of 760 mm and a total of ten railway stations can be found in the western part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, belonging to the district of Bruntál. The line is connected to the normal-gauge network at the Třemešná station in Silesia, located 17 km northwest of Krnov.

 

Czech Railways provides regular operation here with old 705.9 series diesel locomotives. In the summer season, however, you can meet tourist trains SZD guided by steam or historic locomotive. In addition, since 2018, the railway station and the surrounding buildings with land belonging to the public benefit company Osoblažská narrow-gauge railway, which plans their reconstruction and use in tourism

 

The “Small Stok” steam locomotive U57.001 is the strongest steam locomotive that used to run on narrow-gauge lines in the former Czechoslovakia. The locomotives, which operated on the Czechoslovak narrow-gauge rails in regular operation, had a maximum output of half.

There is also a steam locomotive U46.002 and a diesel locomotive TU38.001, which, together with the steam locomotive U57.001, forms the historical part of the depot of the Silesian Land Railways, which always runs in the summer months. 705.9, which provides regular regular services.
